We welcome the Year of the Fire Horse and look forward to providing educational and community-engagement opportunities through our monthly gathering.
This month, on Thursday, September 24th from 6-7:30 p.m. we’ll be gathering at Cathie MacLeod farm, located opposite 3076 Babcock Rd, Kingston, Ontario. See map below!
Marsha Gormley will be giving a Parelli demonstration, drawing on her years of exploring Pat Parelli’s natural horsemanship method.

Dress: For outdoors; some gatherings are in barns. Indoor “facilities” are not available.

We welcome recommendations or referrals for the 2026 season for information sessions or demonstrations. We welcome your suggestions — please include details!
From May to September, horse lovers of all ages are welcome to gather at a local farm to meet the resident horses and learn about horses within a supportive community.
Each month will feature a different guest speaker at a different farm. The Gathering Herd is a monthly gathering that fosters a “human herd” experience, emphasizing collective learning and connection.
