The Gathering Herd

October has arrived and that marks the end  of The Gathering Herd for the summer season of 2025.   If you’d like to be included in the announcement of the 2026 season, please contact us below.   

I will be seeking recommendations or referrals for the 2026 season for information sessions or demonstrations. I welcome your suggestions — please include details!

From May to September, horse lovers of all ages are welcome to gather at a local farm to meet the resident horses and learn about horses within a supportive community. 

Each month will feature a different guest speaker at a different farm.  The Gathering Herd is a monthly gathering that fosters a “human herd” experience, emphasizing collective learning and connection, 

Admission is FREE and light refreshments are provided.  Please bring a chair (lawn, quad, collapsible) with you as most gatherings are outside or in a barn.  

Come and enjoy a social time in the company of horse lovers and share how horses have made a difference in our lives.  There will be refreshments available.  We’ll gather at the barn at the end of the driveway at the very end of the road.
