Happy Mare's Day

Happy Mare's Day was a fundraiser and a friend-raiser for both Second Chance Ranch and Heart to Horse Connection. This was the first year at the rescue, and, despite the threat of rain, the event proceeded and those attending learned about horses and met -- and FED! - the various other animals that live at Second Chance Ranch.
Happy Mare's Day happens annually on the Saturday before Mother's Day in May.
